29 Card Game
This page explains how to request deletion of a 29 Card Game account both inside the app and outside the app.
Delete Inside the App
If you can still access the app, the fastest option is to open
Profile > Delete account and follow the confirmation
steps.
Delete Outside the App
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email at: support@29cardgame.app
For the fastest response, include any details you know, such as your player username, account ID from the app's support summary, linked email address, or linked Google account email. Do not send passwords.
Deletion requests sent to this support email should include enough account details for identification, but never passwords.
What We Delete
- Your app account authentication record used by the game.
- Your player profile and cloud-backed progression data.
- Your friend requests, friendships, and presence data used by the app.
- Local tutorial progress and related local account cache cleared by the app's deletion flow.
What May Be Retained
- Limited purchase verification records needed to prevent duplicate gem grants, resolve billing issues, or investigate fraud or abuse.
- Records we must keep for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
- Some local-only data on your device until it is cleared by the app, overwritten, or removed by uninstalling or clearing device app storage.
How Long Deletion Takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately in the app and the app's backend. Email-based deletion requests are completed within 30 days of receipt, which also allows backup purge cycles to complete. If you need confirmation once your email request has been processed, ask for it in your message and we will reply when the deletion is done.
