29 Card Game
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game 29 Card
Game, including the Android and iOS app published under the
package or bundle identifier com.abdusazad.twentyNine.
Summary
29 Card Game uses Firebase services for sign-in, profiles, cloud multiplayer, push notifications, and account-backed progress. The app also uses Google Sign-In, AdMob, and the platform billing systems provided by Google Play and Apple for optional purchases and ads.
Information We Collect
- Account and authentication data such as your Firebase user ID, linked Google account basic profile details, and optional backup email address if you add email and password login.
- Player profile data such as username, avatar or photo, portrait, theme, card back, gold, gems, wins, losses, online progression, and owned cosmetics.
- Multiplayer and social data such as friend requests, friendships, lobby presence, room participation, invite activity, and related match state needed to run online games.
- Push notification and device messaging data such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, Apple Push Notification service delivery through Firebase, app platform, and notification capability flags. These identifiers are linked to your player account only so we can send friend request, game invite, invite response, and account-related game notifications to the correct device.
- Purchase verification data such as product IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens, receipt data, and purchase verification records used to grant gems correctly and prevent duplicate credits or fraud.
- Advertising-related information handled through AdMob and related Google advertising services, which may collect device and app data according to Google's policies.
- Local device data such as cached profile information, app preferences and settings, tutorial progress, and some local gameplay state used to improve startup, continuity, and resume features.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your player profile.
- To authenticate your account and support recovery options.
- To run multiplayer rooms, matchmaking, invites, and reconnect flows.
- To send and manage push notifications for friend requests, game invites, invite responses, and other app functionality. Daily quest, season, and return-to-play reminders may also be scheduled locally on your device when notification permission is available.
- To save purchases, grant gems, and prevent duplicate claims.
- To show optional rewarded or interstitial ads.
- To improve reliability, investigate bugs, and respond to support requests.
How Information Is Shared
- With Firebase services used for authentication, cloud database storage, backend functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- With Apple Push Notification service and Google/Firebase messaging infrastructure as needed to deliver notifications to your device.
- With Google Sign-In if you choose to link a Google account.
- With Google AdMob and related Google advertising services when ads are requested or displayed.
- With Google Play, Apple, and their billing systems when you make optional in-app purchases.
29 Card Game does not sell your personal information.
Retention and Deletion
Account-related data is generally kept while your account remains active. You can request deletion from inside the app or by using the outside-app deletion option on the account deletion page.
When deletion is requested, the app is intended to remove your player profile and related social data from the app's backend. Some limited records may still be retained when needed for fraud prevention, resolving billing issues or disputes, enforcing virtual currency grants, legal compliance, or security investigations.
Local data stored on your device may persist until cleared by the app, overwritten by new local data, or removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on the device.
Push notification tokens are updated as your device token changes and may be removed when you sign out, unregister the device, delete your account, or when we detect that a token is no longer valid.
Push Notifications and Reminders
If you allow notifications, 29 Card Game may send gameplay and social notifications, including friend requests, game invites, invite responses, and app reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. Some reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are not sent from our servers.
iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS, we request permission to track your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may allow or deny this when prompted by the system dialog. If you deny tracking, ads may be less relevant to you, but ads will still appear in the app. You can change this preference at any time in your iOS device Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
California Residents (CCPA)
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@29cardgame.app.
As stated above, 29 Card Game does not sell your personal information.

29 Card Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact support@29cardgame.app and we will take steps to remove that information and terminate the relevant account.
Security
We use platform and Firebase security controls that are appropriate for a small multiplayer game service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords in support emails or deletion requests.
