Information We Collect

How We Use Information

How Information Is Shared

29 Card Game does not sell your personal information.

Retention and Deletion

Account-related data is generally kept while your account remains active. You can request deletion from inside the app or by using the outside-app deletion option on the account deletion page.

When deletion is requested, the app is intended to remove your player profile and related social data from the app's backend. Some limited records may still be retained when needed for fraud prevention, resolving billing issues or disputes, enforcing virtual currency grants, legal compliance, or security investigations.

Local data stored on your device may persist until cleared by the app, overwritten by new local data, or removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on the device.

Push notification tokens are updated as your device token changes and may be removed when you sign out, unregister the device, delete your account, or when we detect that a token is no longer valid.

Push Notifications and Reminders

If you allow notifications, 29 Card Game may send gameplay and social notifications, including friend requests, game invites, invite responses, and app reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. Some reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are not sent from our servers.

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, we request permission to track your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may allow or deny this when prompted by the system dialog. If you deny tracking, ads may be less relevant to you, but ads will still appear in the app. You can change this preference at any time in your iOS device Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@29cardgame.app.

As stated above, 29 Card Game does not sell your personal information.

Children

29 Card Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact support@29cardgame.app and we will take steps to remove that information and terminate the relevant account.

Security

We use platform and Firebase security controls that are appropriate for a small multiplayer game service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords in support emails or deletion requests.
